April Showers

April is a 11 year old registered Thoroughbred mare. Shown extensively in the Hunters and has a big show record. Has shown at Sedgefield, EHA Williamston, Tryon, and Quail Roost and always in ribbons. Always Champion at schooling shows. Auto changes. Quiet enough to be able to do Long Stirrup with a Novice rider. Very forgiving. Has shown Childrens and Juniors and has schooled 3'6" at home. Has big step and gets down the lines easily. No vices. NOT marish. Very sweet personality, she is the barn favorite. Loads great and trailers well. Bathes, clips. A video can be seen at  http://s294.photobucket.com/albums/mm94/Bridlewoodfarm

Tucker

We want him to be a dressage horse, but he thinks that’s boring and wants a different job. We’ve finally decided to listen to him.

Looking for an adult or older teenage rider for Tucker, a 12-year old American Warmblood gelding, 15.3hh. Would be perfect for a pleasure rider who wants to do a little ring work but will mostly trail ride. Fun on trails, he is especially good alone. Tucker also does fine in a group: does not care if others leave him, will happily leave the group if asked. Great hunter-pace mount and would also probably do well as a field hunter for a Hilltopper (limited jumping experience). Tucker is smart, charismatic, and full of personality!

Tucker clips, ties and loads with no issues. Front-shod only and is great for the farrier. Broke to drive. Tucker is sensible, has a good mind and a kind disposition.

Asking $3500, price negotiable to good home.
